As an early member of our Lifecycle team, your mission is to transition anyone viewing a Loom, to someone creating a Loom. You’ll also own the lifecycle of the creator, ensuring all communicating supports their activation and ongoing engagement. You are responsible for ideating and setting up A/B tests, for generating actionable insights, and for improving the user experience in measurable ways. You’ll also identify big bets that will change the velocity of our growth.

This is a highly cross-functional role and you’ll collaborate closely with your counterparts in Design and Engineering, as well as with Marketing, Support, Success, Sales, and with the leadership team. Manage the lifecycle of new users - from viewing a Loom for the first time to becoming an activated Loom creator Identify ideas that move the needle on signups, activation and sharing Own the communication to our users over the course of their creator lifecycle Optimize user flows for signup, on-boarding, and activationUse A/B and multivariate tests to generate insights and make data-driven decisionsCollaborate closely with Design and Engineering, planning and executing the sprint processDrive alignment across stakeholders and Loom's leadership team5+ years experience in product management, ideally 2+ years in growth Excellent analytical skills and understanding of statistics / probabilities, with proven ability to interpret data and distill into actionable takeawaysExperience with email campaign management and best practicesProven track record in driving impactful changes through experimentationExperience working closely with Engineering, Design and Marketing teamsDeep understanding of entire SaaS customer lifecycle from acquisition to retentionAbility to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomyExperience working in a SaaS company, and/or with freemium productsExperience working in a start-up or similar fast-paced, scrappy environmentBachelor's or Master’s in quantitative field
